承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電(dian)動機+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四(si)合一一體化設計方(fang)案,結構(gou)緊(jin)湊
3,小(xiao)轎(jiao)車(che)搭建有安全性鉤,防(fang)失控。
