承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
