承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
