承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
