承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
