承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
