承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。
