承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
