承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
