承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
