承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密(mi)度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
