承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
