承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格(ge)精密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
