承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
