承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
