承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
