承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
