承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
