承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
