承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設(she)計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
