承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
