承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁小(xiao)轎車承重梁與承重梁選(xuan)用軟性絞(jiao)接方式(shi);防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
