承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
