承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四(si)合一一體(ti)化(hua)設(she)計(ji)方案,結(jie)構緊湊(cou)
3,小(xiao)轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防(fang)失(shi)控(kong)。
