承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
