橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主梁采(cai)用歐式箱型梁機構設計，自重輕，結構合理；

2，整(zheng)板制作，無對接(jie)焊縫，比拼接(jie)主梁(liang)更堅固(gu)。

3，垂直撓度為1/800，腹板(ban)拱度由數控切割整(zheng)板(ban)下料(liao)，精確度高(gao)。

4，采用(yong)埋弧自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損探傷(shang)。焊后整體(ti)拋丸，消(xiao)應力、除銹，達到Sa2.5級；

5，鋼板材(cai)料為Q235B；環氧(yang)富鋅漆，厚度120μm。

5噸橋式起重機(ji)端(duan)梁部分(fen)

1，大噸(dun)位起重機端梁采用鉸接柔性設(she)計(ji)，避免“三條腿”運行(xing)。

2，車輪(lun)采用鏜孔形(xing)式，使用數控(kong)鏜銑床一(yi)次定(ding)位加(jia)工(gong)，確保尺寸精度和配合公(gong)差；

3，每個端梁配(pei)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車輪、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動保護和(he)防出(chu)軌保護裝置(zhi)，安全有保障。
