承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
