承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
