承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
