承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
