承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
