承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
