承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
