承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。
