承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
