承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減速(su)器+行程開關(guan)四合一(yi)一(yi)體化設計方案,結構緊湊
3,小(xiao)轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防失(shi)控。
