橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主梁(liang)采用歐(ou)式箱型梁(liang)機構設(she)計，自重輕，結(jie)構合(he)理(li)；

2，整板制作，無對接(jie)焊(han)縫，比(bi)拼(pin)接(jie)主梁更(geng)堅固(gu)。

3，垂直撓(nao)度為1/800，腹板(ban)拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割(ge)整板(ban)下料，精確(que)度高。

4，采(cai)用(yong)埋弧自動焊、無(wu)損探傷。焊后(hou)整體拋丸，消應(ying)力、除銹，達到(dao)Sa2.5級；

5，鋼(gang)板材料為Q235B；環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆，厚度120μm。

5噸橋式起重機端梁(liang)部(bu)分

1，大噸(dun)位起重(zhong)機端梁(liang)采用鉸接柔(rou)性(xing)設計，避免“三條(tiao)腿”運行。

2，車輪采用鏜孔形式，使用數控鏜銑床一次(ci)定(ding)位加工，確保尺寸精度(du)和配合公(gong)差；

3，每(mei)個端(duan)梁配有雙輪緣(yuan)的車輪、緩沖器、驅動保(bao)護(hu)和防(fang)出軌(gui)保(bao)護(hu)裝(zhuang)置，安全有保(bao)障。

4，主梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強度(du)螺栓連接，確保整(zheng)機結構強度(du)和精度(du)。
