承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
