承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
