承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
