承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
