承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
