承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
