承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
