承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
