承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
