承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
