承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
