承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
