承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
